Shipping Info
Most orders ship within 2-7 business days. This includes the time needed to make, package, and prepare your order before it’s shipped. Since everything is made to order, timing can vary slightly, but we’re always working behind the scenes to get your order out as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience while we get your order ready for you.
Once your package is on the way, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days via USPS. These are estimates provided by USPS, not guarantees.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us. At this point, your package is with USPS, and while we can’t control transit delays, we’re always here if anything comes up.
U.S. Shipping Only
For now, we’re only able to ship within the United States, but expanding our shipping options is something we hope to offer in the future. Thank you for your patience with us.
Sticker Only Orders
To keep shipping costs low, sticker only orders of 15 stickers or fewer will be sent via standard letter mail at no cost. This option does not include tracking.
If your sticker order includes more than 15 stickers, it will automatically ship with tracked shipping at checkout.
Please note: because letter mail is untracked, we’re unable to monitor its progress once it has been sent. If you’d prefer tracking, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.
Double Check Before Checkout
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after placing your order, please email support@nanniesbynatureco.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and the correct address so we can update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Once the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply to send it to the correct address.
Marked Delivered but Not Received?
We know how frustrating this can be, especially when you’ve been looking forward to your order 🤍
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend double checking your shipping address and looking around your mailbox, porch, or delivery area. It’s also helpful to check with neighbors or building staff, as packages are sometimes left in a safe place nearby.
Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS, we’re unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages and cannot offer refunds or replacements. However, we’re always happy to help guide you through next steps.
If your package still hasn’t turned up after 3-5 business days, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly or filing a claim so they can investigate further.
