Refund policy


We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. We’re a small, made to order business, so we really appreciate your thoughtfulness when shopping with us 💌

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and include your packing slip.

How to Start a Return

To begin, please email us at support@nanniesbynatureco.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.

Once approved, we’ll send you next steps. Please note that, unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out right away so we can take care of it for you.

Include a photo of the issue along with your name and order number.

All returns are inspected once received. If an item doesn’t meet our return requirements, we may not be able to accept it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on stickers or sale items.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The easiest way to switch items is to return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, but we’ll always keep things moving on our end.
